If you received the wrong item or your item arrived damaged, please email email@example.com within 14 days of the delivery date. In your email include your full name, order number, order date, description of issue, and a picture of the issue. Please title subject line: RETURN-ORDER# (ex. RETURN-#4258).
All sales on www.exploringbirds.com are final, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds unless the item was delivered damaged or the wrong item was sent.

Items must be returned by the original purchaser
Exploring Birds is not responsible for damage that occurs while the item is being worn.
Returns will only be granted (approved), if issue is deemed returnable per the policy and if product is sent back in new, unworn, unwashed condition within 14 days of the delivery date.
Any requests made outside of the 14 day time frame will not be accepted
If return is granted, refund will be in the form of an exchange or store credit.
Shipping Charges are not refundable.
